Improv no. 3

Wow, it's been a long time since I've done anything here. I've finally plucked up the courage and stopped procrastinating and put something on again :P. Hope you like it. :)

Improv no. 2

Hey, heres another one. This time its just a sound file. I played around with a melody (I don't know its name =]) and used a jazz beat. This one is in E flat major or D major (My Piano hehe).

Introduction

I started with the piano when I was about 12, but I only really started improvising in 2007. I still learn something new everyday though. I think that's what keeps it interesting.

Anyways here is a shot of the piano I use. Its an old Kawai, about 40+ years old. It has never had a tuning in that time I think and its 1 semitone higher so when I'm playing in the C scale its actually B.

Here's a pic of the hammers, in need of some new felt =P.

For the recording I use a logitech headset
and for the video I use my laptop's webcam.

Piano improv 1

Here is my first improvisation that I'd like to share with you. Well its obviously not my first one, just the first I feel I can share. It's not my best, but I'm trying harder. It is in A flat, but because of my pianos tuning, it is actually G.
